Earlier this week the National Association of Exclusive Buyers Agents released a marketing piece that communicated an enormous amount of false information regarding professional staging, stagers and our common practices. In an effort to create an educational piece on the benefits of buying a staged home we have put together a short survey regarding the main criticism of their report, "repairs and or upgrades".
It is our hope to come up with some solid figures on how much home owners actually invest in repairs or upgrades before they list their property.
