Jing - great way for agents to communicate with clients

Jing is a screencast tool that allows you to take video, audio or just snapshots of whatever you are viewing on your computer. Need to help a client navigate through your website, want to show them something on MLS or a community website? Sure you can call them, have them go to their computer, spend the next half hour explaining "open your browser, yes the little blue E on your desktop, your desktop, your desktop... ok just click Start, then go to Programs... ok, now down on the bottom right hand side of the screen you'll see a button, yes a button, right click it, no use the right mouse button and click it..." you know the drill. Instead why not just send them a video of you performing the task, let them watch it over and over again if they need to. Jing makes it very easy to grab screenshots and videos straight from your Apple or PC, and then save them or share them on the Web. The coolest part is Jing's integration with Screencast.com, a hosting service for videos recorded off your computer.
