Free tool you can use
A few days ago I signed up for Zoho CRM. (http://crm.zoho.com/crm/login.sas) It's free for up to three users.  I had been looking for software to track my client's leads and this looks promising.   They also have other web based software programs available.
I really like the idea of using software that is web based so that I can utilize it from any computer.  This  is really a plus when you have teenagers :-)  One of the drawbacks I can see (I'm sure there are others) is that if you can't get access to the internet you will not be able to get to your data.  No fun :-(  This happened to me this week when Comcast came and disconnected my service by mistake.  So as far as my word processing documents go, I will save to the web and also to my desktop.
