TIME : 3 MINUTES -- The experts say only keep it three minutes. I like these numbers instead. I prefer to shoot in 3, 5 and 7 minutes.....  You can go 10 if you are really interesting and people will watch them. But for the most part stick to 3,5,7.
TAG YOUR VIDEO WITH YOUR WEBSITE: The description section in your YOUTUBE upload section should have the following.
http://www.YourSite.Com  description of your video. Description of your services(you can have about 8 lines of descriptive text here)
USE KEYWORDS: Put keywords in your keyword section. Try to use long tailed keyword phrases if possible . You can get a whole list of them from several great online keyword tools... Google has at least three that I know of... the PPC tool is good. There are some more:www.WordZe.Comwww.GoodKeywords.Comwww.WordTracker.Com
Stay high resolution with your video and upload it up to 2 megs to Youtube.com.Crunch it down in size and you can upload it two other places....

That is the bare minimum friends. If you at least do that much you can get some viral links with your video and see more traffic jumps and ... more
