St Louis City Market Report for Week of August 24, 2007
Here are the market statistics for the city of St Louis (areas 1,2,3) for the past week.  These figures were gathered from the local multiple listing service:
There were 94 new Active listings on the market, with list prices ranging from $32,500 to $485,500.
There were 30 Listings that went Contingent/Option, with list prices ranging from $57,900 to $309,900.
54 listings went Pending, with list prices ranging from $29,900 to $565,000.
48 listings Sold, with sales prices ranging from $14,900 to $455,000.
76 listings Expired, with list prices ranging from $25,900 to $549,000.
32 listings were Withdrawn from the market, with list prices ranging from $30,000 to $1,425,000.
Even in the slower market, properties are going under contract and selling in the city.
