If your answer to any one of these questions is YES, please continue reading. This new program could very well make the difference for you in keeping your home. The program is called "Keep Your Home" and it will become available to struggling homeowners on November 1, 2010.

Because of your financial circumstances, have you decided you cannot keep your home and are willing to cooperate with your lender's short-sale or deed-in-lieu of foreclosure program?
The California Housing Finance Agency has obtained approval to use nearly $700 million in federal funding to help California Homeowners. While they're not yet taking applications, it's important to know the details of this program which focuses specifically in assististing low and moderate income families stay in their homes, when possible.
