The market is what it is!  In your location/region it is good, it is bad, it is slow, it is great.  None of that matters!
The market is what the market is!  As Gary Keller says when asked hows the market......who cares?
 
Are you failing in it, falling out of it, OR doing something about it?  The only one who can answer the question is YOU!
You can get your unfair share by setting your attitue to get on board and deal with the reality that the market is what the market is!
Knowing that what is between your ears is what controls the market is what it takes to succeed in todays Real Estate climate.
