Flipped vs. Rehabbed -- Is There a Difference? I say: YES
I chose to reblog this as we have the same problem in our area. Investors go in, purchase low, do nothing, then expect to list it at the top of the market. The joy in watching it sit is great! We rehab all our homes from top to bottom. We get a home inspection prior to listing our project, and fix 90% of what's in it, on top of your normal carpet, paint, landscaping.
