INTRODUCTION
For the first time in many months there are no lactive listings at Fairfax Ridge. If you want to buy here check again next week. Short sales still dominate the sales at Fairfax Ridge but regular sales are now happening frequently.  Of  the 14 under contract right now - 9 are short sale. Short sales are taking 3-5 months to close, if you have a good agent and negotiator. We are having very good luck with Chase in negotiating our short sales and making sure the sellers do not have to repay their debt.
 
We have two of our listings under contract and we sold one last month!  All of these are short sales.
