Ogden, Utah – Real Estate Market Report
As we come down to the final quarter of the year 2010, I wanted to post some numbers for the last 120 days. The Ogden, Utah area is still running at about a 15 month supply of homes on the market with 593 homes currently listed for sale, and about 61 homes closing each month. The available inventory has increased over the last 12 months, from about 10 months supply to what it is now. I believe part of the difference was a small blip encouraged by the TAX CREDIT earlier in the year.
