Greenwood Monthly Statistics
August showed a lag in sales all around Seattle.  This is normal for August though, as families start preparing for school. The sold median house price in Greenwood was $308,350. Six properties sold (compared to 8 in July) and the days on market averaged 46. Currently, there are just over 900 houses on the market in North Seattle, which is about six month's worth of supply.
