An indulgence for your tech geek:  check out the latest tub faucets.  You can preset them to the temperature and maximum water level you want.  They even come with ............................. a remote control! 
 
HIP TIPZ #97
White walls can make a great backdrop for significant pieces of artwork if displayed together gallery style.
 
HIP TIPZ #98
Install automotive checkerplate on the door fronts of an old, repainted cabinet for a retro/industrial feel.
 
HIP TIPZ #99
Make a sloped ceiling appear taller by installing a shelf underneath it at the height of the lowest point of the slope.
