The Valencias Real Estate Market Report for September 2010 includes the active adult baby boomer communities of Valencia Falls, Valencia Lakes, Valencia Pointe, Valencia Palms, Valencia Reserve, Valencia Shores and Valencia Isles.  These senior housing or baby boomer communities are located in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach & Lake Worth, FL.

In September there were 11 homes sold in the Valencias, 3 less than last month.  Here is the breakdown by community.
 
 

 
 
 
As of September 30, 2010 there were 121 active homes for sale in the Valencias including Valencia Lakes, Valencia Pointe, Valencia Falls, Valencia Palms, Valencia Shores and Valencia Reserve.  Of those, 6 were Contingent Sales meaning they were under contract but not all conditions of the contracts had been met yet.  And, there were 11 Pending Sales waiting to close.
