Just wanted to say thank you to Active Rain for their great customer support and help...I recently needed some help with my account and got my issue resolved in 1 phone call.  Yes I was able to speak to a real person on the first call...no waiting, no automated operator, a real human.  It is great to know that they really back up things that they say.
