Real Estate Statistics
Sales for Washington County in the Milwaukee area are down from last September. Buyers are slowly returning to the market, as Pending Sales plunged 23.5 percent compared to a year ago.

Many would-be summer buyers already bought during the tax credit period, and sellers seemed to be aware of chilly demand as New Listings are about the same as last year.  With inventory at 2,339 listings compared to 2,328 in 2009. That is a slight increase of  0.5%.
 For the 4 county Milwaukee area listings are up 2.4% at 12,129 over last year at 11,846.
In Washington County in the Milwaukee area the median sale price remained steady at $172,500, the same as 2009. It is clear that this is a great time to invest in Real Estate in Washington County in the Milwaukee area!
