Not necessarily. I've seen many Realtors with a ton of listings, where they don't sell anything because they over promise on price, and under deliver on performance. On the contrary, there are agents out there, such as Rich Graybill here on Oahu, or Lucy Clark on the Big Island, that are extremely successful with Buyers, however, if you looked at their active listing inventory, that would not be a barometer of their success.
