The Seller claimed that he had a minor problem and that there was no further leak. The transaction fell apart.
A few months later, the Seller and same buyer came to a new price agreement with the buyer accepting the issues that may exist.
The problem was related to improper flashing and vertical siding


 
The flashing seen was added by the prior homeowner to fix the leak
