Market Slows! Buyers have their choice of homes
Since August of this year, the Omaha Real Estate market has been pretty slow, as many listings are proof of that.  Entering the November and December months, home sales typically slow down by 10%, which makes a slow market even slower - not good news for sellers.  But for buyers this means they will have their choice of homes at some of the best prices of the year.  After the first of the year and into Spring, more buyers traditionally enter the market and sellers will not need to negotiate as much on price to get their home sold. Listed below are some of October's market statistics.
