We Made it Back In One Piece, After Black Friday Shopping
This morning we were up at 4:30 and headed out the door at 5:30 to brave the masses on Black Friday.  We were headed to Staples first.
I'm really not much for shopping.  But, I do head out on Black Friday, as I know this is the time of year that I can get my electronics, printers and Antivirus protection for my computer at good prices.
This year the biggest thing on my wish list was a camera.  I wanted one that was a step up from the one that I use to take my blogging pictures;  a camera that would give me better quality indoor and night pictures.   
As we were waiting in line for Staples to open at 6:00 AM we met two great guys, Geno and Andrew.  They said they had a long night.  They got in line at Target at 6:00 PM the night before to grab a 40" inch HDTV on sale for $298.  That was a $250 savings!  Well, it seems there were a number of other people that had the same idea.  I believe one of them was a lady that nearly threw her shopping cart and hit Geno.  Apparently, it wasn't a ... more
