Holiday Events in Amherst, Ohio this weekend!
Yes, I'm excited to say that Amherst will be having 2 great Christmas Events this weekend:
1. Main Street in Downtown Amherst will be hosting their 5th annual "Miracle on Main Street" Friday, December 3rd, 2010 at 6 pm, featuring a parade, tree lighting, family fun activities, plus of course - Santa Claus! For more information or to volunteer for this event, please call Teresa Giles at (440) 984-6709.
2. Amherst Sandstone Village (763 Milan Ave in Amherst) will be hosting its annual "Christmas in the Village" Sunday, December 5th from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, featuring the tastes, sights, smells and sounds of Christmas Past in the 1800's style, a fun time for all! For more information for this event, please call the Amherst Historical Society at (440) 988-7255.
