Seattle Market Trend: December 2010
November's sales statistics continue to show North Seattle as a stable market.  Reviewing median prices for only 3 bedroom houses and comparing prices from 2005, 2009 and November of 2010 indicate a steady trend in North Seattle, Shoreline and Bellevue.  Outlying areas are more representative of news reports about continued price dips.  For the most part, today's listings are updated or spotlessly clean.
