Parowan Subdivisions...Deer Hollows....
Deer Hollows is another of the subdivisions that was caught in the downturn.  It was started in 2006 as part of a farm that was located in Parowan City limits.  There have only been 3 houses built in the subdivision, so that means that there are still some great lots available to build upon. 
There have been no new homes sell in the subdivision since they were built.
Darcy and I were out in Parowan today, and got some shots of the houses, one had people out front so we didn't photograph that house, but here are the other two homes.

If you're looking for a quiet subdivision, then Parowan is the place to start looking.  It is a very quiet area, with a lot of room to grow!
