The average high is 90 and low temperature is 59. North Miami is located in the North East part of Miami Dade County. Total households are 60,440 with a total number of residence of 198,704. The median age is 32.45 and the median income is $34,347. As you can see the chart above the weather is great.
The Single Family Market consists mostly of single family homes. The total Active listings are 283, ranging in price from $185,500 to a high of $5,650,000. Since January first of 2006 their have been 143 closed sales. Currently their is 40 pending sales and 113 properties have expired off the MLS.
The Condos, townhomes and Villas make up the other single family residences. Their is 389 current Active listings on the market, ranging in price from $75,000 to a high of $1,290,000. Since January first of 2006 their have been 136 closed sales. Currently their is 46 pending sales and 177 properties have expired of the MLS.
