Days 22 through 24
On Wednesday I finished up my Christmas cards, popped by the post office to pick up some stamps and sent the cards on their way. I am hoping they all get to their destination in 2 days!
I followed up on the offer I wrote earlier in the week on the REO property. The listing agent hasn't heard anything and says he doesn't expect to before the holiday.
These banks SAY they want to unload the foreclosure properties - they are talking the talk but not walking the walk. How long do they think buyers will just wait around for their anwer?
With how difficult it is to put a good buyer on paper these days I think the banks should be happy they are getting an offer. Along with that they should treat the buyer like a PERSON. NOT A FILE! OR A NUMBER!
