31 Days of Dec Challenge Day 27
Again I ask, where has the time gone? Still in semi vacation mode, but I did a little work today.  I called All Pro Cleaning in Mountain View for my new Santa Clara listing.  He is going to be able to clean the house, windows, gutters, back deck, and maybe even clean the carpet on the stairs. I am hoping not to have to replace the carpet on the stairs because it is a small job and most carpet companies do not like to do it.
I also had to tell my favorite negotiator the miracle short sale she approved just had a buyer walk.  She is still on vacation so that e-mail will not be returned until tomorrow.
