31 Days of Christmas Challenge Day 30

I spoke to a homeowner who found me online and is wanting to sell her home and purchase another. We discussed the preparations she will be doing before we list it next week. It is in a sought after central Mesa location and will be a regular sale. Good start on my listing goals for 2011.
I made an appointment to show a home in Queen Creek tomorrow afternoon. It is strange to think that will be my last showing for 2010.
I spent some time in the American Allstar Realty office taking phone calls and finalizing my first newsletter for 2011.
