These statistics are a reflection of what home sales have done in Walden on Lake Houston over the last three years.  Interestingly enough, there were more foreclosures in 2008 than 2010.  And although the sales price per sqaure foot has gone down, it is a small amount in comparison to housing in the rest of the country.   The good news is that houses are still sellling.  It may take longer but there are still buyers out there.  Relocation business has picked up recently.  That would be a great trend for 2011.
