FORECLOSURE PREVENTION PROJECT
Hank...I don't get it...How can you offer FREE Loan Modification Workshops? Nobody works for FREE!
This was the theme of a phone call recently from a potential client. My answer is in two parts.
Part One: I have developed a systematic process for my LAKE COUNTY SHORT SALE TEAM and I realized that much of the guides and forms are the same for both Short Sales and Loan Modification were the same. I also found some great Hand Books on the internet that are designed to assist home owners in distress do their own Loan Modification Application. We decided that we could help this group of Homeowners with minimal investment of time...so why not! We also realized that many of our Short Sale clients were homeowners that had previously had an unsuccessful Loan Modification experience.
Part Two: Perhaps even more importantly...we feel that it is our responsibility to be part of the solution. I feel that the "Housing Crisis" is like a natural disaster...it's no time to stand around and talk about the problem...it's time to roll up your sleeves and help.
