Busy! Busy! Busy!  What a Great Day!  Springfield Real Estate Is Moving! I heard on the news this morning driving to work that this week was one of the most stressful weeks of the year.  Never did hear why, but I knew I had a lot of work to get done.
Stopping in the office for an hour, I picked up a new listing in Springfield and one in Forsyth......both referrals and took off to the courthouse to watch a home go to foreclosure, just in time to find the sale I was bidding on was postponed.
So, I headed back to the office to work on quite a few short sales.  Many of the banks are still trying to catch up with the delays from the holiday.  Spent an hour on the phone with one bank alone, getting the run around.  First the negotiator was home sick, then the supervisor was on the line with another client.  Got disconnected, started over and ended up with the negotiator calling back tomorrow.  Short sales are not for the light hearted.......guess that's why I'm so determined to be successful in getting them closed.
