HABITEC Completes PCA of a Professional Medical Clinic
HABITEC COMPLETES PROPERTY CONDITION ASSESSMENT OF A
PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CLINIC
HABITEC Home and Building Inspections, LLC, has completed a Commercial Building Property Condition Assessment of a Professional Medical Clinic.  This unique, one-story medical clinic is composed of numerous interior spaces including patient waiting lobbies, patient examination and treatment rooms, laboratories, Nurse's station, offices and a Clean Room. 
 

The building is complex in design consistent with the purpose of the building.  Eight Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems are incorporated to control temperature and humidity.  One of these systems is specialized to support the Clean Room. 
The Electrical System is sophisticated and complex including a primary three-phase system incorporating 7 electrical panels and a backup emergency generator with dedicated control panels and components. 
The structure of the building includes a brick veneer exterior shell over concrete and steel structural members supporting a flat roof, all mounted on a slab-on-grade.  There is a small apartment on the top of the main building and a detached medical annex building located behind the main building.
This project was completed by HABITEC Inspectors Ron Rittiner, HABITEC Chief Inspector and Inspector of Record for this project, and Richard Acree, President.
