At Home on the San Francisco Peninsula: Top O’ the Tour
For Homes on the San Francisco Peninsula Tuesday is tour day in San Mateo County.  The tour is sponsored by 2 realtor boards, San Mateo County Association of Realtors, and SILVAR, Silicon Valley Association of Realtors.  The tour for today, January 11, 2011, highlighted a total of 275 residential listings, including many in Wende's Select Cities at Home on the San Francisco Peninsula.  In Atherton 1 of the 2 homes on tour was newly listed.  The lowest priced property was $1,999,000, and the highest price was $3,495,000. There were 17 properties on tour, 8 of which were new in Menlo Park.  The lowest priced was listed at $250,000 and the highest was $2,685,000. Portola Valley was without any homes on tour today. Redwood City had 42 homes, 15 of which were new listings, and the prices ranged from $189,900 - $2,595,000.  22 properties, 7 of which were first tours, were in San Carlos and priced between $275,000 and $1,075,000.  And there were 8 homes in Woodside, including 5 first tours.
