Pay-It-Forward By Neighbors Helping Neighbors
This week's Pay-It-Forward by Larry & Sheila   The snow was falling here on Long Island and as pretty as untouched fallen snow looks, the reality is that it won't stay like that for long and plowing it away is a must.     Larry bought a large plow a few years ago and it's worked well for us. But, not all of our neighbors have one. It took him a couple hours to make a path for us to get the cars out.   While he was working on our driveway, he saw one of our neighbors trying to "shovel" her way out. This was not going to happen with a shovel. Her driveway was way too long and way too deep.   He yelled out to her that he would take care of her driveway, and told her to go back inside to be with her kids.    After Larry was finished with ours, he started digging out hers. But by the time he was halfway done, 2 other neighbors also joined him in helping. One with another plow and another shoveled her entranceway.   Neighbors helping neighbors.
