I Still Do Not Like the Color Beige
I have never been a big fan of beige or khaki. Especially when it comes to the contractor khaki that so many people seem to paint their homes when getting them neutralized. And I will just offend some with my stereotypes about people that wear khaki pants. After all, we all know how stereotypes are usually wrong. But if you had to ask me for the one type of beige that I hated the most it would probably be the latest issue of the Federal Reserve's Beige Book. I will not get into the whole discussion about the Federal Reserve's origins, or the many interesting theories about it. Instead let's focus on the economy and real estate news in this report, what it may mean for Upstate South Carolina, and why it makes me unhappy.
