We can fix the economy by using Guantanamo!
How much time have you wasted because of hackers or bright people writiing programs to infect our computers?   How much money have you wasted on protection for your computer?
 
Let's gather the hackers and put them on Guantanamo without a single computer and make them use that over abundance of brain power to figure it out.  Our politicians and present think tanks have no clue but to print money.
 
We could also recruit the talent at the companies that write software to remove what the other group does. How about making it a challenge between the two sides to see who is the brightest!  The winners get to leave Guantamo and the losers stay!  What a punishment to not be able to ever have a computer again.
Probably none of you remember that one hacker was not allowed even to use a telephone as he was deemed to be that fantastic.  He had also been jailed illegally.
