The Tools Confusion!
     Every day I receive in my inbox email after email.  Lead generation for x amount of dollars. Leads to your phone for x amount of  dollars.  QR code information for x amount of dollars.  How to get buyers to call you for x amount of dollars.  You as a real estate agent I am sure are getting emails like this. 
     Sorting it all out! What a nightmare a new agent could lose more money then they make in the first year.  As you look at all the pay only 19.95 a month for this virtual tour company and that photo editing company it seems like the bank withdrawls will never end.
     Well as a fairly new agent (oh yes I fell for my fair share) I have learned to google whatever company that is out there asking for my hard earned dollars.  Thats right if there is a company on the web asking for your money somewhere there is feedback from other agents on these companies. Whether it is lead generation or sign companies someone has made a comment somewhere.
