One of the reasons that I decided to affiliate with The Lipman Group Sotheby's International Realty in Nashville, TN was because I knew that with a brand like Sotheby's you can't go wrong. 
There is a level of service provided by a Sotheby's affiliate which is "like no other", as our branding goes.
And now there is a mobile application to search for homes for sale in Nashville which is driven by The Lipman Group Sotheby's International Realty.
What will it do?
Anywhere you are in the greater Nashville area, you can pull up this mobile application and it will show you the homes for sale which are closest to where you are currently standing (sitting, driving, etc.).
You can also search by zip code, address or neighborhood. 
Any of your favorite homes for sale you can save on the app or email it to a friend. 
There is even a way to leave feedback on any property!
