One thing I love about real estate is the friends we make

Over the past 4 years since I started blogging, the business has really changed for me. When I first started I would take any buyer or seller that walked in the door, I needed the business. But, since I started blogging, the people that I meet have hired me because they felt they know and like me.
Now, that doesn’t mean I turn others away, it just gives me the opportunity to find an agent on my team that they get along with and their personalities fit. Each person is different and people to deserve to work with people they like.
What I love about my real estate career is now, instead of having past clients, I have more friends. I like having friends rather than clients. So, when I take a referral here in the rain, I like to say thanks for sending me a new friend, because that is truly how I feel.
