So, my Saturday post inspired me to start my own group.
So, I spent a good portion of energy this week trying to navigate my way around the AR site and to glean as much information as I could. I took a few classes through the AR University and even posted two industry related blog articles. :-) So, here it's Saturday, and I'm tackling my typical Cinderella chores. Typically after the "to-do's" get done, I start thinking "ok, what do I want to cook today?" A little something about me. I LOVE to cook and experiment with new recipes and ideas. Rarely do I follow a written conventional recipe but moreover, cook with "what sounds good" So, if nobody minds, figure I would periodically share some of my "good eats" with y'all. I told dear hubby that I was making a goal for us to eat more fish. Twice a week is what we're shooting for. A few nights ago, here's what we had.
