Wende’s Week at a Glance:Home Sales on the San Francisco Peninsula for 1/12-1/19/11
Surprisingly, along with the smaller broker tour this week, in Wende’s 6 select Home on the San Francisco Peninsula cities of San Carlos, Redwood City, Woodside, Atherton, Menlo Park and Portola Valley there have been only 33 new for sale properties and 30 new pending sales to report in the past 7 day period.  There are currently a total of 368 properties, 297 of which are single residences, for sale in these 6 cities. The trend of previously listed, unsold homes returning to the market after a brief hiatus continues with 19 of the 33 “new” listings fitting into that category.  February should see a wave of fresh inventory of homes for sale.  Here's a quick look at residential real estate activity in Wende’s 6 select Home on the San Francisco Peninsula cities of San Carlos, Redwood City, Woodside, Atherton, Menlo Park and Portola Valley - for the week of 1/12/11 - 1/19/11:
