The power of Active Rain and a good friend
Joe Feinhandler is a top producing loan officer in San Diego, newer to Active Rain and one of the nicest people I know.  I always enjoy working with him because he is knowledgeable.  He freely shares with me his methods of success and takes time to help others with their business.  Like I said, he is one of the nicest people I know.
You can’t go anywhere with Joe and not be greeted by someone who knows him.  Realtors, business owners and people at the store, the sincerity in their faces tell the story of a person who has made a good name with them. If you want to eat your lunch un interrupted then eat alone!
Joe recently joined our community but he is no stranger  to the public.  He has various blogs and has also appeared numerous times on San Diego 6, “San Diego Living”.  Joe is a marketing machine.  If I could break him away from his routine I might convince him to spend more time here on the Rain.
