Active rain success story - does blogging really work? You decide
I just got off the phone with a potential buyer who found my post for an open house today in the Boulders.
 
Great, but, that post was from 8/1/2010

But,
 
I asked her if she was working with a Realtor® and she said no, she was the type that liked to just go to open houses and when she saw the right one, she would buy it.
 
I explained that many homes are not held open and she's probably missing out on some great homes.  After asking her where she was looking and her price range, I told her I'd send her all the listings that met her needs in that area.
 
She's going to look them over and get back to me on the ones she wants to see this afternoon! 
 
Oh, and she's a cash buyer and already sent me over the bank letter.
 
So, last year's blog drew 3 buyers I worked with and, now, almost 6 months later, another potential buyer.
 
Yippee!!!  It's working.
