When moving what makes an individual want to move to a specific area?
What are the reasons that a home buyer chooses one area over the other when moving? We will remove the job transfer and see what other reasons people choose an area.  Is it scenery, or size of town or business opportunities, or the favorable press, or education, or what?  Why does someone move to your area over my area?
I moved to Oklahoma 8 years ago because this is where my wife lives. Actually she was living here and I chose to relocate up here from Texas. Since I have been in Oklahoma there are many reasons why I choose to stay here.
I have had several customers comment on the rural aspect of Oklahoma and the favorable government. There are all kinds of reasons why. I am just trying to find out what are the most important reasons. I would love to hear your thoughts
