The Fall Of The Foreclosure King
I am posting an article from the Associated Press because it really hits home on the current Real Estate Market and should open the eyes of many professionals that are working hard in these unique times.  As a Realtor who's main business comes from bank owned listings I am often in a moral struggle.  I hear about foreclosure rates increasing, huge amounts of shadow inventory and a supply that will last us 5+ years...part of me cringes with the horrific news and alarming stats, however, (I almost hate to admit it), part of me thinks....job security.
If your in this market and making money, you cannot look at what you are doing in a negative light if you are doing your job professionally.  I help people in need of short sales, I help put people back into homes in neighborhoods that need owners, I help local animal shelters that are seeing an influx of the silent victims of foreclosure.  If you are out to hurt people and take advantage of those in vulnerable situations, then let me remind you of the golden rule.  The article below shows how quickly the tables can turn and how important it is to "do the right thing".
