Market Report: Sewalls Point, Florida Real Estate Snapshot, Residential Sales for January 2011 For January, 2011 in Sewalls Point, Florida :
There are currently 65 active listings (down by two from December)
9 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (same as last month)
2 Homes Sold in January (down 2 from December)
Martin County residential activity has been strong, but the price premium for Sewalls Point appears to be having a damping effect on this segment of the market.  I’m anticipating a bit more activity for the spring season though.
