Warren County Ohio Residential Real Estate Activity Report Update for January 2011 We're providing our latest monthly update for Warren County Ohio residential home sales.  Data only represents home sales (including condos) that were recorded in Cincinnati MLS, so new construction, for sale by owners, or homes ONLY offered in Dayton MLS are not a part of these figures.  Data is grouped by the major zip codes in Warren County and ONLY includes homes located in Warren County. Some Zip Codes such as 45066 extend into other counties and home activity not tallied to Warren County is NOT included in these tables.


As expected, there are currently fewer homes currently on the market, but this is typical during the fall/winter season as the many sellers don't think homes sell as well during the colder season.  While typically true, homes are sold during ALL months, and you have to be available for the buyers to find you.  Based on the number of calls and appointments we have recently had, we anticipate that quite a few sellers that have been on the sidelines in recent years are planning on using this spring to place their homes on the market.
