Making a difference one agent relationship at a time
Thru the years I have maintained a goal to make a difference one transaction at a time for my clients.  Another goal has been to make a difference with the agents I work with one encounter at a time.I've had many offers brought to me and many offers supposedly being brought to me over the years.  I've been in these agents shoes...you try and educate your buyers and show them the comparable sales but sometimes they still want to come in with a certain low ball offer or they change their mind when they go back to see the house to write an offer and voila no offer is written!
Last week I had an agent call whose buyer had seen my listing last fall but decided to make an offer on a short sale that guess what....never was able to get worked out in four months!  We took my listing off the market and were going to put it back on in March.  I called my sellers and they made arrangments to get the house "show ready" yesterday.  I printed out the flier, floor plan, sellers disclosure and survey for the agent.  The agent was very appreciative, we made the ... more
