Residential Real Estate Company Totals for 2010 in Harrisonburg, VA
Even though we are almost at the end of the second month in 2011, it's important to continue to analyze how the local real estate market in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County fared in 2010. One number that we keep an eye on is the amount of volume that individual real estate firms within the Harrisonburg Rockingham Association of Realtors (HRAR) account for on a monthly or yearly basis.
Below is a list of the total amount of residential real estate volume and the respective company for the year ending December 31st, 2010:

This does not include Commercial Real Estate. If we included commercial real estate, Cottonwood Commercial (the commercial brance of the Kline May Company) would have been in the 4th spot with $23,160,200.
