In Andy Andrews’ book, The Traveler’s Gift, he talks about 7 Decisions that determine personal success.
 
The first one deals with “THE BUCK STOPS HERE.”
 
· I will not let my history control my destiny.
· I accept responsibility for my past.
· I am responsible for my success.
· My decisions have always been governed by my thinking.
· I control my thoughts.
· I control my emotions.
· My thoughts will be constructive, never destructive.
 
I have also been reading Joyce Meyer’s book, Battlefield of the Mind.  This book deals with what is in our minds. What do we focus on? What we should focus on.
 
If our thoughts dictate our actions and our actions dictate habits and our habits dictate our character and our character dictates our destiny, I think the easiest thing to do, is to work on our own thoughts!
