It Seems Like Spring...It's the Best of Times!
It's the Best of Days (you know what's coming), It's the Worst of Days! The real estate market is picking up at the Jersey Shore.  Yesterday, I began negotiations on a contract for a Brigantine home just one block from the beach. Brigantine NJ Offered at $394,900 I picked up a contract to purchase a grand Little Egg Harbor home, that has some problems but is a good value all things considered. Little Egg Harbor NJ Offered at $250,000 I began work on a possible lease/purchase of a cute home just outside of Little Egg Harbor, in Bass River. Bass River Township NJ Offered at $139,900 All this is great, but it's a spring day at the Jersey Shore... Barnegat Bay NJ Priceless And I don't want to get sand in my contracts! It might be spring...but we're working at the Jersey Shore!
