Family Reunion 2011 and Lead Generation!
After returning from our Keller Williams Realty annual conference that we call "Family Reunion" I have had some time to reflect on the various classes and experiences that I was able to attend or partake in.  What an amazing event once again!!!  It is such a pleasure to be a part of this company that puts the agent #1 and focuses all of it's energy on making us agents do better and work smarter.  KW brings the cutting edge technology to us in every way!  There were over 8,000 real estate professionals at this year's Family Reunion making it the largest gathering of real estate professionals in our industry.  One of my favorite classes was Rick Geha's Lead Generation: Focus on Success Breakout Session.  This was a completely packed room and I was surrounded by other professionals desiring to learn how to stay laser focused on what drives our business....lead generation!  Rick congratulated those who were getting into the business during a time when most are getting out, and applauded us veterans who still understand that knowledge is power and the impact that training can have in taking our businesses to higher levels.
